台北市去年9月一名女大生到超商領錢時，看到前一位客人的IPHONE5手機放在提款機上，忘記取走，女大生將手機占為己有，失主事後跑回超商詢問並向警方報案，但卻沒有女大生資料，沒想到女大生3天後又回到同間超商應徵工作，被店長發現將資料提供給失主與警方，卻遭女大生的母親抱怨「洩漏個資」，女大生的母親認為女兒沒有錯，還辯稱：「只是試用！」

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，這名女大生去年9月到士林的一間便利超商領錢，發現提款機上有一支全新的IPHONE5手機，是前位使用者遺留下的，女大生將手機占為己有，失主事後發現手機不見，返回超商詢問並調閱監視器查看，鎖定拿走手機的女大生，但向警方報案時因沒有女大生資料受到阻礙。

沒想到女大生3天後竟主動回到便利超商，打算應徵店員，向店長問東問西，最後卻嫌工作太累而離開，店長發現女大聲語拿走手機的人很像，便將履歷表交給警方和失主，女大生因此被逮，涉及侵占罪，交由士林地院少年法庭處分保護管束。

但女大生的母親卻辯稱：「不是偷東西，只是試用手機」，還抱怨便利超商店長洩漏個資，讓店長無奈地說：「幫忙抓賊，難道也錯了嗎？」
