「頭已經出來了」　孕婦急產母子均安

新北市一名35歲廖姓新手媽媽，今天上午9時許，丈夫打電話向119求助，「頭已經出來了」，經值勤員細心教導，並立即派出救護車。

救護人員抵達現場時，發現有一名產婦躺在床上，胎兒已娩出，救護員立即協助監視生命徵象，產婦的意識清楚，其丈夫表示：太太肚子很脹，沒有陣痛，這幾天就是預產期，產檢時也正常，過去沒有病史，初步判斷患者為急產的個案。

救護員於現場戴上無菌手套後，將已娩出的新生兒擦乾、保暖，並利用產包內之臍帶夾夾取新生兒臍帶後，請媽媽自行抱住寶寶，讓產婦安心，然後繼續照顧產婦以免失溫，再利用搬運椅將產婦搬運至擔架床上並送醫。

救護員於車上持續監測產婦生命徵象並給予保暖及心理支持，順利將患者送達醫院交由急診醫謢人員，到院後母子均安。（簡銘柱／新北報導）
