被射信號彈回砍三刀　嫌辯正當防衛

昨日凌晨游姓、劉姓男子（均22歲）騎車到三民區鼎山街1家檳榔攤射擊信號彈，檳榔攤內人員閃避信號彈後，駕車沿民族路、同盟路追到自由路、綏遠街口，機車失控撞擊路邊花台倒地，後載的劉男趁亂逃逸，游男因右小腿骨折來不及逃跑，背部被人砍殺3刀，送醫治療無生命危險。警方昨天傍晚找到劉男，劉表示，游男因私人糾紛，找他一起到檳榔攤射擊信號彈報復，訊後被依公共危險罪送辦，檢察官諭令2萬元交保。

警方說，涉嫌持刀砍人的楊姓男子（22歲）、林姓男子（34歲）今天中午在律師陪同下到案說明，2人辯稱，他們發現機車自摔後駕車逼近，遭游、劉持刀相向，但游、劉因摔倒受傷，反遭楊、林奪刀砍傷。楊、林對警方說：「我們是正當防衛，沒有傷人意圖！」

遭殺傷的游男目前仍在院休養，他向警方表示，本案是私人糾紛，堅不透露細節。警方訊後將楊、林依殺人未遂罪嫌函送法辦。（王勇超／高雄報導）
