吳志揚：八德合宜宅已解約

吳志揚下午指出，八德合宜住宅發生弊案，因遠雄行賄事證明確，決定和遠雄解約。

已被解職的桃園縣副縣長葉世文涉嫌在八德合宜住宅案收賄，桃園縣長吳志揚今天公開道歉，宣布八德合宜住宅解約。

吳志揚今天下午在縣府舉行記者會說，葉世文涉案，「我們非常的失望，到現在我的心還是非常非常的痛」。

他說，雖然是葉世文的個人作為，他身為桃園縣大家長，縣府同仁有瑕疵、錯誤，他有無可推卸的責任，他要向桃園縣鄉親、社會大眾表達衷心歉意。

吳志揚宣布，八德合宜住宅決定解約，提出新的居住正義方案。縣府城鄉、工務、地政和相關業務主管，即日起調離主管職務，全面配合調查。

台北地檢署指揮廉政署查出，遠雄建設公司得標的桃園縣「八德地區合宜住宅招商投資興建（用地標售）案」，疑向已被解職副縣長葉世文行賄情事，除葉世文先前已遭羈押，遠雄董事長趙藤雄今天凌晨也遭羈押。
