阿公的朋友性侵智障女　判10年6月

嘉義縣75歲董姓老翁見友人28歲孫女，父母雙亡又中度智障可欺，於前年7月間，載智障女到高鐵大道附近的產業道路旁農地性侵得逞，食髓知味，又於去年1月11日晚上7點多，故技重施，表示若不聴話就要毆打她，將她載到上述地再度性侵得逞。

障女工作地的老闆發現她好像懷孕，通知其祖父母帶去醫院檢查證實真的懷孕，因而控告董姓老翁，但他矢口否認。經驗DNA證實胎兒是董男所有，嘉義地方法院今天審結，兩次性侵各判八年半，合併執行十年半有期徒刑。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
