河北姑娘米露是一名河北姑娘，既有白玫瑰般的清新可人，又有黑玫瑰般的性感神秘，畢業於北京服裝學院服裝設計與表演專業。

根據海口教育網報導，2007，大學聯考結束後，米露報名參加了第八屆CCTV模特電視大賽並獲女模總冠軍。2009年，米露客串出演了《一起來看流星雨》中的Lisa。2012年，米露主演情感戲《我不曾放縱的青春》。

2014年，米露出演由唐德影視、范冰冰工作室、中影集團聯合出品的古裝歷史劇《武則天》，在劇中飾演高陽公主。之後米露又出演由顧漫的同名作品改編的《何以笙簫默》，飾演蕭筱路。近年來，米露在演藝圈的人氣不斷攀升。
