醫師勞動條件改革小組（簡稱：醫勞小組）發起「醫師過勞，血染白袍」抗議行動，至勞動部前要求政府單位正視醫師過勞現況，即刻將醫師納入《勞基法》保障。

時間：11月8號（六）上午10:00
地點：勞動部前廣場（臺北市台北市大同區延平北路2段83號）
