陳永昌告三立三立：不是公辦辯論會

台北市長候選人陳永昌控告三立電視台董事長及負責連勝文、柯文哲2人辯論會策劃人，涉嫌違反選舉罷免法第98條或以其他非法之方法第一項，妨害他人競選或使他人放棄競選，處五年以下有期徒刑。。

三立電視台回應，他們不是公辦辯論會，邀請以連柯候選人為主，是參考各家民調超過10%的候選人為主要邀請對象。
