高鐵財改改什麼？交通部懶人包接招

高鐵財務改善改什麼、票價降多少？交通部高鐵局製作「高鐵財務說明懶人包」，讓民眾「一次看懂高鐵財改案」，強化政策溝通。

　高鐵公司財政困窘，最快明年3月破產，高鐵局坦承，高鐵財務狀況有高度專業及複雜性，一般民眾常霧煞煞，公部門掌握的資訊與一般民眾有很大落差，部長葉匡時指示加強與民眾溝通，因此找來局內年輕好手，製作淺顯易懂的懶人包，本周起公布在高鐵局官網首頁、交通部「美好生活的連結者」臉書粉絲專頁。（懶人包：　http://www.hsr.gov.tw/homepage.nsf/Finace?OpenFrameset）

　懶人包中涵蓋高鐵財務危機、政府態度、改革方法、財務改善後的好處，也提及民眾最關切的票價降價。還以「繳房貸」，比喻特許期延長讓還款期延長、財政負擔減輕，生活化的例子讓硬梆梆的財改變得好懂多了。

　至於高鐵財務改善方案，立法院交通委員會預計下周召開公聽會，廣徵各方意見後，再審查。
