北市府遴選的富邦獨董陳錦稷　也宣布捐薪酬

台北市政府透過遴選方式，除了選出經建會前副主委張景森擔任富邦獨立事董外，第二位人選是青平台基金會副執行長陳錦稷，繼張景森昨晚稱要捐出獨董薪酬後，陳今晚也在臉書表示，未來擔任董事的酬勞將全部捐出，落實社會公益的目的。

陳錦稷表示，擔任該職務預期將十分繁雜，是責任也是磨練，若今年6月股東大會順利選任獨董，將本於專業獨立行使職權，向公司、股東、存款戶、保險戶及往來關係人及社會負責。未來董事酬勞將悉數捐出，落實社會公益目的。

陳也說就富邦金控而言，獨立董事必須能客觀於公司派大股東與市政府之外，存有客觀判斷的餘裕，獨立判斷與提供客觀意見。期盼落實獨立董事制度，強化公司治理，發揮金融機構的社會責任。（張博亭／台北報導）
