罵蔡正元「髒東西」被罰5千　小段選服勞役

民進黨立委段宜康去年於太陽花學運期間在臉書嘲諷國民黨立委蔡正元「不要臉的髒東西」，遭蔡提告，高等法院今駁回段上訴，判他罰5000元，但得易服勞役5天定讞。段宜康上午在臉書留言回應：「讓國庫失望了，我要去服勞役。」還問：「能不能派我去拆大巨蛋？」

由於段宜康前一則臉書動態是在凌晨時分分享台南市議長李全教遭收押禁見的消息，他還留言自嘲：「司法沒什麼不公平：收押李全教；罰我5000元。」（黃揚明／台北報導）
