政府打房是打新房開價,打建商,打代銷,打房仲,打不到投資客,如果你是中古屋主,如地點好又便宜的當然有人要...重點是你買不買的起,你搶不搶得到,你敢賣人家就敢殺價,不買最大,不要又來個打一折賣,最後開文又送到到垃圾桶.....不要讓人殺價,就寫個不二價,賣不出就留著自己住,不要又想賣又怕人殺價,寫清楚點...房子多如牛毛,賣家不少你一個......
