針對陸委會與交通部民航局今宣布兩岸針對中國M503新航路的談判結果，確定M503航路將暫緩實施。民進黨立委陳其邁晚間在臉書痛批：「從輸到脱褲，到剩下一條内褲！」他表示，這次M503航路僅比中國1月時所稱要往西移4海浬增加2海浬為6海浬，但我方終究還是接受，僅剩下實施日期協商，對國安衝擊根本沒變。

陳其邁也批，W121、122、123三條航線歷次協商本來沒有，中國去年十二月時突襲宣布，這次不啟用也只是回到起點。但他也質疑，目前中國國台辦新聞稿仍對相關談判結果隻字未提。

陳其邁指，中國談判策略靈活，只有台灣的盤仔（傻子）政府，「讓中國拿了裡子，我們拿了樓梯，卻還沾沾自喜，硬扯和平發展大局，真是見鬼了！」（黃揚明╱台北報導）
